No one visited for demo of Kenstar oven

Dear sir,

I have purchased a Kenstar deluxe grill oven - OM-20DGLX on 02-02-09 in OM Sai electronics, Motinagar, Hyderabad. upto now no one visited my house for giving demo. I have contacted the customer care 1800-419-4040 and other executive numbers 9948116120 - Madhu, 9347173011 - Mr. YR PRASAD, and other. One person contacted me over phone on 05-02-09 9246537397 to give demo, when I requested him to come after 1800 hrs since both of us are working, he said that after 6pm means it may take more time. Then both of us take permission/leave on 06-02-09 and informed the same to him. He informed that he will come at 11-00 hr, but he did not turn up. When contacted, he said, ' he will come at 14-00 hrs'. Again he did not turn up. When contacted at 1500 hrs, the reply is ' he will come after 17-30 or 1800hrs'. Why he reply negetively in previously that he could not come after 1800hrs. Then I contacted many persons but there is no use
