Kent RO water purifier
Poor and unpunctual service

Sir,

Two weeks before from today i made a call to AXIS EXIM (Mobile : 09836574979), the kent RO water service provider, regarding servicing of the said water purifier. But till date (31.03.2012) no one from the concerned service provider has turned up. As a result of which i am thinking to stop using the Kent RO water purifier. I made several calls to AXIS EXIM, and made him assured that my kent RO get serviced by the same day or the other, but resulted into poor customer service. Even people from my locality do have the same problem. It is for your kind information that some of my neighbours started buying 20 ltr water cans from outside on regular basis because of the poor attention. I did not wanted to lodge complaint but could not stop myself as we are doing payment to the service provider. Hence i request the concerned authority to take necessary action forthwith.
