UV system breakdown

This is comapny who cheated me. They change their HELPDESK number everymonth. The day I bought it, number has changed 6 times. Because of this, I couldn't get service and my UV system in purifier got damaged. Though water quality is very good in my area, still it is struggling to work. Call center is really nasty. Never buy this comapny product. I wish if I can find mail ID of HEMA MAILINI to report it as I never got theor Quality Manager number from their helpdesk.
