Kent Water Purifier
NO service

I had purchased Kent Purifier from Ezone on! 6 Aug as it was the last day of festival offer. I was promised that if i take this product in Gujarat i wil be provided service but when i took in dahod (Gujarat) i contacted the Ahmedabad branch but they saying we will charge you as it is brought from Mumbai. When confronted they said you can give back the product in mumbai and take the full money back.

Is this how this company treats its customer.
