I booked Kerala Trip on 17th april. i visited Manisha Dhingra 01724320000 in the office of Make My Trip, sector 9, Chandigarh. My harassment started from the first meeting with her regarding payment in cash and cheque. She assured me that i will not have to given a single paisa to person becasue i had the whole amount in advance. On arrival at airport the driver is asking for money. She gave me wrong detail of the hotels and houseboats. i had called her in the office so many that my bookings and check in/out timings are not correct. She assured me that she will fix these all after visiting her.
When i came back she had totally denied from her statement. She agreed that i had suffered so many thing during this trip and she had no power to do anything and Just Said SORRY to me. i am eligible to any reimbursement regarding any complaint.
This is all bullshit.
