Delayed of cargos

Hi All,

I had bad experience with kesineni travels, my brother had booked parcel @ Chennai to Vizag on 27-Apr and it supposed to be delivered on Wednesday morning on 29-Apr, but it was not done the same and moreover the Vizag kesineni travels manager spoke to me very rude & reckless manner stating that it was season time so they cannot delivered in time. When I asked about his higher authority he had not responded. Then later i had enquired with kesinein travels @ Chennai they had confirmed that it was wrongly delivered @ Vijayawada, so it will take one more day.

Mistake is common for all human beings, but when we had done the mistake we have to solve it politely. Instead of that Vizag Kesineni travel manager spoke to me very rude & reckless manner
