I had bought a Bajaj-Avenger in the month of december - 2008. In January i gave the bike for first service and i was waiting in the showroom to check what they do. To my surprise, the supervisor who took the job order marked all false informationm in the job sheet (He marked scratches on tank, mudguard, flap and indicatiors) which actually was not there. I asked him to show me were i have scrathes, hen he says normally bikes would have so i marked and if some scratch happens then we will have to replace it, hence marked scrached... Later i was sitting to whether they do the service as per the service mentioned by the company, but they did not do any thing except wash and oil change... also i had teflon coating for which i had paid... I was just watching quitely... after sometime they parked the vehicle outside and said service is done and i need to pay 440/- and take... Its the worst service i have ever seen in my life... They are all ROBBERS... least bothered about the customer... some need to take action against them as we would have paid so much for the bike and they dont even solve the basic problems...
