Non-refund of cancelled ticket

My fligt from Amritsar to Delhi was cancelled due to low visibility at Amritsar on 27th December, 08 and full refund was written on my eticket and i was told to get it cancelled at Delhi Airport since it was an eticket. The ticket PNR no. is PLHHEB. I was told at the counter at Delhi Airport that you have to get the ticket number than only refund process can be started and they have given me the site address as www.guestcare@flykingfisher.com which is not opeing. I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me to get the refund of Rs.6000/- only.
