Kingfisher Airlines
No refund credited after cancellation

I cancelled two flights in October but till now I have not received my refund. I have been the call centers daily but they keep on giving fake assurance of refunding my amount in next two days. With that it has been almost 6 months now. I even wrote about my greivances in the Feedback section on KingFisher Airlines website but no action was taken.

The details are as follows:

1.PNR: 8473077 (Chennai -Delhi) scheduled for 24-10-08

2.PNR: 8444388 (Delhi-Chennai) scheduled for 02-11-08.

Refund Reference #: 0900470019194

The mode of payment was credit card.
