Cancellation of booked ticket

Dear sir,

On 9th june I booked a ticket bearing PNR number KXQHFU from delhi to pune for 26th sep 2009 which is cancelled by the company after one and half month quoting the reason card failure where as there was no such case and what I feel is to sell the same ticket for a higher fare company has played this drama. Nopw the company is asking for more money to book the same ticket. I request the authorties to take action in this regard and provide me the booked ticket at an earliest
