Ticket Refund after flight cancellation

My flight IT 3171 Pune - Cochin was cancelled on 23 Jan 09. On Mumbai airport I got the voucher number 0902164196477 having remarks - full amnt to b refndd for pnq bom as fgt xcld. It was told within 14 days of travel amount will be credited to the card from which ticket was booked. Today is 10 feb 09 no money is credited. When called to airline call center at 020 39008888 multiple times it was told that they need to get in touch with concerned department and never came back with details. No one know how to calculate the refund because its a through ticket (Pune - Mumbai - Cochin). The coupan that was given on airport clearly says - INR 2680/- per ticket to be refunded. I am not sure what is to be done.
