Refund for tickets

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to our refund for the cancellation of three tickets. LEDAN MARIE HELENE (MRS), LEDAN GILDAS (MR), MARCEL CLAUDE (MRS). The ticket fare was Rs 4325* 3= Rs 12975

We have been calling your customer care officers regarding this refund since 24th oct. They gave us many false assurance regarding the refund of the ticket till now. Now they are saying that it has already been refunded.

We have not got any refund. So kindly let us know from where we can get this refund.
