Regarding blackmarketing of LPG Cylinders

Sir,
M/s Kiran Gas service (Indian Gas), Aliganj, Lucknow is blackmarketing the LPG Cylinders to the cutomers against their booking delivery. The delivery man ask for Rs. 50 Extra for the cylinders, if the cutomer is not ready to pay then they do not delivere the cylinders. They say i don't care whereever u do the complaint. Please take a strict action against them.
