Failure of recharge

I have prepaid mobile airtel mobile no.9730549886

Irecharged the same with rs.200 frrge om Fatehabad Haryana on dated 13 Jan.2011 .

but i am yet to recieve messege of recharge.

i approached the persn from where i have recharged he told m e after checking from head office at Chandigarh that the money has been transferd to airtel maharashtra and for further quaries i have to make std call from haryana to 09890098900 ie custmer c calls calls to get refund

are maharashtra.i called from 9896923002 i was made to wait for 8 minutes after which i was told to contact the senior officer in custmer care i dont know whether recharge amt.recieve or not but i will have to spend on std call.i wish u take proper action.
