Booked cylinder is not delivered and no proper response

I’m Yuvaraj. A, Gas no. is 70989. I booked my cylinder on 20th of November (20-11). But till now I didn’t get cylinder and there is no proper response from K.K.Indane Enterprises. It’s already 20 days over. Moreover my cylinder which is using now is also get over.

So we bought food from hotel and have it. Even I logged complaint for my last cylinder. Now also they repeat the same thing. If they are not capable to give good service, then why not to cancel their dealership. Many people face these problems from these K.K.Indane Enterprises.

Due to not have time they r not complaint and simply they change their company to HP like that. Even I heard HP given good service and they provide cylinder within 3 days from the date of booked. If they not give my cylinder ASAP then I’ll force to move consumer court.

If they repeat next time then I won’t file complaint in this site instead of that I directly move to file a case. I have given their address below.

EVEN I ATTACHE MY LAST COMPLAINT BELOW ON (4th Novemeber 2010)

Respected sir,

I have registered double cylinder under my name (A.YUVARAJ) at K.K.Indane Enterprises Gas Agency No.147, 4th cross, Cambridge Layout, Halasuru, Bangalore – 560008. I have booked my cylinder on 4-Oct- 2010 in Bellandur Indane office (ph: 25566799, 25565422, 25513291) and they confirmed filled cylinder will be given in 3 days. But till today 20-oct I didn’t receive the same. Every day I call them and they keep on saying that the cylinder will be reached by tomorrow and the reception/answer given by person is equally bad as their services.
