Sir,

I, RAGHVENDRA DIXIT, from BAREILLY (U.P.) deposited Rs. 50, 000.00 as fees in Kohinoor Business School, Khandala by DD no. 508184 and 508185 dated 13/8 drawn on STATE BANK OF INDIA, MUMBAI for above mentioned course. For which I got receipt too. (Receipt no. 8307, DATE: 24/3). but due to some circumstances, I could not join the course.

As per conditions mentioned in public notice advt. no. AICTE / legal / 04 (01) The entire fee collected from the student after a deduction of the processing fees not more than Rs. 1000.00 (one thousand only) shall be refunded and returned by the institution / university to the student withdrawing from the programme. I only deposited the fee but did not take admission nor I joined the course. I have send many applications regarding to the fee refund but got no proper response from their side.

It is kindly requested that the amount deposited by me (according to receipt) be refunded as per norms / instructions issued by AICTE as per advertisement issued by Dr. K. Narayana Rao, Member Secretory.
