subjectRecovery of Provident Fund Deposits (PF No: TN/19848/3093)

Dear Sir / Madam,

I was employed with M/S KONE Elevator India Private Limited, Chennai in the period 2006 - 2007 for more than a year. I was working in the capacity of Project Manager with the company and was based at Lucknow.

I have resigned from the company in June after about one year and two months service with the company. In the first year of my service an amount of Rs.2333/- was deducted monthly from my salary to deposit in my PF account as mentioned above. From april the amount was Rs. 2678/- due to revision in my salary.

Till now I had requested M/S KONE quite a few times to help me to withdraw the PF amount due to me without any success. M/S KONE is neither responding to my request nor advising me, what to do.

After more than a year now I am writing to you to help me out in the above respect as I don't have any other alternative before me but to approach you for the recovery of my hard earned money.

Please advise how to go about it.
