Damaged items delivered, no response to enquiry

I had placed an order for 2 photo frames on July 5 through www.konicacolorlab.com. I waited and waited for the delivery but I didn't get any updated till I called the support number. The customer care was so ignorant that they couldn't undetstand what I am talking about. Finally they exchanged the receiver with 3-4 guys and one person told me that it will be delivered today and we will send you the consignment number. Again, they went to silent mode and I didn't receive any thing. Again I called them and again the same experience. Finally one guy told me that I'll ship your order today. Few days later (end of July) I received the items but both the frames but broken with their glass shattered and body broken into pieces. This the last thing I was expecting from them after so many follow-ups. I have sent them an e-mail with the snaps of broken items but as expected, there is no response. This is not the end, they have now removed the customer care number from their website.
Whosoever is reading this, its up to you to decide whether you want to go for their service or not.
