Konica/ Photo Mug
Poor service/ Objective of cheating the consume

Actually Ordered one Photo Mug (to Print face of the my frnd and some words on that mug, on occasion of birthday of my frnd.) in Konica Lab in Nugambakkam on 8th March.

Person who took the order told me that i have to come on friday which is 11th Mar for proof

Which is nothing but before printing in on mug they will show to me this is going to be printed is it ok

But on friday they told me we have some issue with the machine kindly collect it on saturday (12th Mar)

Concern person told me that once the mug is ready will give you a call but i have not received any call from them and i went to the shop in the evening

They deleiverd the Mug but the print is very poor in the mug.so i refered to them they told me that we will reprint in it and give it to you on Saturday (13th mar)

The quality of the print is very poor, how can they deleiver the poor quality to customer. If suppose without seeing the print if i left the shop and presented the gift to my friend how nice it would be.

*Objective of cheating the customer.

From my side its waste of time. money and energy.
