Gas cylinder seal not intact

I am customer of Indane with consumer no. K15844 with Konnagar gas Service.

On 18/04, I refused to take delivery of the gas cylinder as the pilfer proof seal of the cylinder was broken. The delivery man brought another cylinder on our request. On inspection of the cap & seal, of the second cylinder, we found that the seal was oversized and loose. The cap was not tied to the cylinder & we also observed from our balcony, earlier, that the delivery man was exchanging the cap of the cylinders. The delivery man was not ready to verify the wieght of the cylinders.

Please take appropriate steps to ensure that this does not happen again.
