Kotak Credit Card

Dear sir or madam

i m arif mulani working in mumbai,

i applied for a credit card (kotak mahindra),

bank sent me on 03dec08 by express it courier.

my AWB no.8602804313..

i was calling him/her last 2 days, but he didant responsing me..

last time i called 10-12 time 13.15 .that person told me..

your card is comeing before 16.00...

but i was waiting for that from last 2 days

i got my pin no also... but not card

so pls help me for this
