Kotak life Insurance
Surrender the policy but not receive a cheque

I have surrender the policy dt 15.02.2008.but till that i have no received any cheque.i have many time call this matter but there was no response.i have many time call the asansol office but result was same.i have already email this matter to company kotak life insurance.

so i request you look after this matter.
