Cancellation of policy

Hello

I have taken a policy from kotak life insurance in Dec and i have not received any policy documents from the company .according to company rules i was trying to cancel my policy in freelook period bt company did not want to pay me my money back. at the issunence time of policy i requested so many times to company employees about the policy documents bt they did reply and after 1 year i got docs n give back within 4 days in branch office.kindly help me.
