Fake commetment

Espected sir/madam,

i am jitender singh, i am a policy holder of katak life insurance.my policy no is 1660658.my kotak life insurance plan is kotak smart advantage plan.my policy had to done by agent of sonia and mr sameer.actually my policy has been started from 19-july-09.they all people are cruppted and they gave me fake commitment like inthis plan we will provide 3year health insurance under this plan but till right now they never provide me health insurance and one more fake commetment like inthis plan we will provide to you kotak credit card also and they never provide to me till now.and when i will call them they never pick my call.
