CANCELLATION OF POLICY

This is to bring in your kind information that the Kotak life insurance policy No : 01621615 was sold to me in the month of June by one of the marketing advisor.

The concern in the above mention policy was said is a yearly premium of Rs 10000/- but unfortunately when i received the policy copy on 27th October it was mentioned that the premium is to be paid on a half yearly basis.

So, I have submitted the cancellation form on 29th of October but still i have not received the Refund amount yet.
