Freelook cancellation

Dear Sir/Madam,

As I have taken one policy from kotak life Insurance Co of Rs.5000/-(Rs. Five Thousand Only) in quarterly mode. The policy no is 1576810.I don’t have any source of income and will not be able to take the policy. So I put a freelook cancellation request to the company within 15 days (05-05). Please find attachment of acknowledgment for the same showing the cancellation date as 05-05-09. I talked to the customer care department, they are saying that it cannot be cancelled as I have return the true reason of personal financial crisis. Please cancel the policy and refund my amount of Rs.5000/- asap. So that relation with kotak life insurance will not get bitter. I could have write the reason that I am not satisfied with the terms and conditions but I mentioned the reality.
