Dear Sir,

I have done a phone banking on 3April 09 ref no 0002857554&ref no 0002857589 still today the amount

as not transfered as per my request when call the coustomer care they keeping giving false reasons

and dates please understand my position. Doing banking in this kind bank is nothing but welcoming

unneccesary risk.i shall wait for reply?
