Terminated job from collection stpl

Sir,

many of times i make complaints against kotak mahindera prime ltd. iam a dra of stpl collections hyedrabad branch from last 2 years iam working with kmpl and my performence is also good on dec suddenly they are terminated me from service iam vary poor person.

right now i dont have a job, i dont know what to do, i request higher athourities to look into matter do the needful to me...

i want to know what is the reason behind terminating me, bcoz iam very sincior to my work
