Egarding valuation fee and not co-operation of your employee

Sir,

I am working with you as a valuer/surveyor in Hardwar (Uttrakhand), On dated-19-01-09 i sent a valuation report of vehicle no. HR38K-7801 (recovery vehicle) with my own bill, but despite of many verbal reminders till date my valuation fee is not sent by you, in this regard when i contacted on telephone to Mr. Dilbag Singh (mobile no.- 09953682186) he gave me very strange answer that - "for your fee you did not followup the metter" sir i am very much surprised that when i have already submit my report with fee and after more than 6 month your employee is giving me such type of answer, it is very shamfull for your bank, please explain for what type of followup he want, when i have already submit my report around six month before.
