Zero Balance Account

Kotak people has confirmed me on Email stating that no Zero balance can be maintened in my account, But sadly a charge of Rs.825.00 has been debited for "Non Maintenence Charges". And I have been chasing for a week through mails & telephone calls "04466006022" with poor and bad response from the bank people. And till now this has not been reversed.
