My wife and me jointly applied for Kotak Mahindra Bank A/c and Securities trading account on 16th April. The application was collected by Mr. Vikas Kumar Tiwari. Inspite our repeted requests to fill up the application form, he insisted that he would fill up the form since he had already colleted all personal details (Copy of passport, PAN Card, Voter ID Card etc.). He promised me that the whole exercise will be completed within 10-15 days and my trading account details will be sent to me by the end of March while bank account details within 3-4 days i.e.by 20th March. Whenever we contacted Mr. Vikas and senoir manager Mr. Lakshmi Kant they did nothing but simply saying " Its a human error and we are correcting it". I got trading a/c kit 2-3 days back that too opened including PIN paper. I told you customer care to block the account as probably PASSWORD was also sent to a wrong e-mail ID. I am still waiting my PASSWORD which was supposed to some by mail but probably it is coming on foot and will reach Noida in next decade

But when we conatcted him they had no information about the whole case. After repeated requests he infomed me that the case has been screwed up by their central processing unit by giving wrong address and e-mail ID. My bank account is not traceable even after 20 days. We do not know what sort of unprofessional and inefficient organisation you are. Your people have taken cheques of over Rs. 5- from us and we do not know where this money has gone. If you do not have efficient people and you do not know the business, why are you running this junk organisation?

We have had worst experience of my life with your bank and trading organisation and we suggest you to please shut the shop so that you do not trap other people for such kind of harrowing experience. You are a herd of most unprofessional and incompetent people.

We have soffered a lot and we do not want to waste our precious time on third grade organisation like yours and request you to please return our money with interest and we will take up this matter to consumer forum.
