Salary Issues

I am working with Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. The salary structure which was told to me and the one which is credited in our a/c is totally different. In the offer letter gratuity amount is shown as the part of our salary which actually is the company's contribution which is different from salary. And the PF is deducted twice, once from the gross amt and other from the net amt.when i asked them for explanation they said that this is how everyones salary slip is. And when i asked for difference between net and gross they were trying to fool me. And without being affected about recession they havent given us any increament. I would be obliged if u can look into this matter deeply.
