Harrassment Calling

This company keeps calling my father (who is a senior citizen) over and over again for investments, inspite of telling them that he has nothing to invest and they should remove his name for their calling list. They have not stopped calling and this has become a total harrassment. Today a lady named Shobha called, and when I told her to stop calling this number or else I will complain... she had the nerve to laugh and said "Who are you going to complain to"? This is the kind of people this company hires to do their calling. She was really very rude, so obviously I told her off. I want this stopped and a complaint registered against Shobha and the company. I would appreciate it if someone responds to my email. Thank you.
