Duplicate key not returned

More than 3 months no duplicate key issued.

Had a car loan from Kotak mahindra group (Kochi) in November; closed the loan amount in June. They didn't return the Duplicate key till date. Very busy and inaccessible car loan enquiry counters (by phone) Palarivattom kochi. No timely follow up on the issue, calls back once in a while after multiple enquiry attempts with some monotonous foolish excuses. It seems they had lost the key. No genuine enquiry and reply till date. Need more responsible staff and genuine answers and follow up
