i received a sms on 20th oct. from kotak bank that my card is dispatch on 17th Oct.but till now i have not received a card. i took contact no from kotak bank &call more than 50 times but no response is from u r side (not receiving of phone /switched off / network busy) one times they have received phone on 21st oct & said u will be receiving card by tommorow but not received. i have EXPRESSIT phone no. 32655761/32521294 this phones are only for ringing no one for receiving the phone
