Kotak mahindra life insurance
PF withdraw still pending

I have applied for my provident fund from previous company Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance co Ltd, and as per on line check, It is already submited in pf office at bandra office since last 6 month but they not released my PF fund, why I don't, Please look in to the matter seriously, details of my pf are as under,
