Kotak Mahindra / Mutual Fund
Investment documents not received even after 6 months

Sir, i had made a systematic investment plan in Kotak Mahindra Mutual Funds. The amount of Rs. 3000/- used to get debited every month directly from my ICICI bank account. Its been 6 months since the time i invested, but till now i've not received the investment documents. Also, after 3 months from start date, they stopped debiting the amont from my bank. Numerous calls to the customer care centers of both ICICI & Kotak mahindra were futile. That's why i want to close the Mutual fund and withdraw whatever amount have been saved till date. For this i need the documents, which Kotak hasn't given till date. please help.
