Fraud done by Kotak Mahindra Old Mututal Life Insurance Limited

I have purchased one policy no. 02022472 due to I am applying the Personal loan against this policy and still which is not given by Kotak.

Even verification has been done at my home and the report goes to Kotak also by the verification dept.

Mr. Rohan committed me to provide the Personal Loan against this policy otherwise we are able to cancel this policy within 45 days.

Now I think Kotak done fraud with me on this case. Now I want to cancel this policy in any how condition otherwise I will go for a legal action against Kotak Bank.

We are trust on your representatives due to you have a good/brand name in the market. Pls don t force me to take any strict action against the you.

Pls help me to close this policy right now. Its a heartiest request.
