Namaskar!!

I am Ketan Padhiyar, from Navsari, town near to Surat, State Gujarat, INDIA. I have availed a Car Loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank. My Loan Number is APAC NUMBER 4853867. I am a farmer, and also having a Slate Manufacturing Unit which falls under Small Scale Industries, for which I also have the registered SSI Number. Due to the financial meltdown prevailing, my business has been severely affected. Since the time I have availed the loan, I was regular in paying my monthly dues. But due to the meltdown, as mentioned above, my sales have reduced, and that has affected my income. I could not pay up the monthly installments for 3 months from January. I had brought this to the notice of the Kotak Mahindra Bank officials previously. Inspite of my informing them, I am being harassed and being coerced to pay up or face physical assault. The GANGSTERS OF Kotak Mahindra Bank and regularly keep on visiting my residence in my absence and keep on threatening my parents and my sisters. They have been using derogatory remarks and language which I am ashamed to mention in my mail. Last year, I faced similar problems, then, my father, who was a very senior citizen, aged 84, was manhandled by these Goondas, at various occasions. I had informed the officers and bought this to the notice of the Kotak Mahindra Bank staff previously. Being a heart patient, I was afraid that my father will not be able to sustain the regular hooligans on the part of the Recovery Goondas. These Goondas kept on visiting my residence at odd hours, even after sunset, which is not permissible under the guidelines issued by the apex bank, the Reserve bank of India. They threatened my father and mother that they would not mind in physically assaulting me in public, if I do not pay up the pending installments, within day one. I was shocked, at the happenings, and I never expected things to turn ugly in this way. I was advised by many of my colleagues, to bring this to the notice of the higher ups, the apathy I faced on the part of the Kotak Mahindra Bank. I was advised to look for a good legal luminary so that my matter is put up at the right level. But as I mentioned that I am short of funds, due to the meltdown, I was not able to consult a good legal expert. If at all I had the money and funds, I would have deposited in the bank and would have cleared my pending installments. I never knew that the global meltdown would have a cascading affect at the level of my business. I have lost my father, I do not wish to loose my mother, who too, is a senior citizen. My sister is handicapped, and is bed ridden. I wish to register my protest, and anguish at the way this organization has treated me. I am being threatened that I will be put in prison, and jailed, and my Maruti Van would be taken by them as they have a duplicate key with which they will open the door and take my car with them, if I do not pay up. Several times, these goondas of Kotak Mahindra Bank have visited my residence and have forced me to sign on blank papers and then they force me to give them blank cheques. They tell me that if I do not give them cheques, they will take my vehicle with them. They claimed to have brought a police officer with them, who was standing outside. I asked the identity of the so called police man, then I was slapped and pysically assaulted.

I write upon your high office, to guide me. Even the Central government, has issues such guidelines to the financial organizations to be lineate, in such cases, keeping in mind the current situation prevailing around the world. Big national and multi national companies, inspite of having big brains and well highly educated executives, are not able to sustain, then I am a just mole in the field. I hope that with this communication, I am not harassed here after. Please SAVE ME AND MY FAMILY FROM BEING ASSAULTED.
