Non delivery of certificate of investment

Dear,

I applied for kotak tax saver fund by their broker bank of india greater noida branch.i applied on 31 july for tax saving.but till now i did not received a single communication by the kotak as well as their broker bank of india.i sent lot of mail through regrister letter to their chennai office but they did not reply a single complaint. i given 25000 rs tax saving but did not get any certificate.wat should i do?
