REPLACEMENT OF KOUTONS BRAND SHIRT

I have brought a shirt (shirt no.1299) from koutons garments, nera bhiringi more, durgapur on 02.09.2009.tin no.19800982093, memo no.aiai/0002421, date 2.09.2009.

We need to change the product in the next day. According to their rule we visit the retailer in the next day during their stipulated time but the employees were too rude in manner and told us to come on the next day.according to their rule we did visit the shop but they refuse to change and told to come in the next day.
