PF Refund Claim

My PF account No. 34348/112

I have submitted my 1st claim on 04.06.08 at EPF Regional office at Begur road, bangalor. After almost 60 days they informed me your claim form was misplaced by their staff and they again requested me to resubmit the fresh application. on 25.08.09. Asst. Commissioner Mr. Ramachandran promised me that, he will process the claim with in a week time. but even one month after also i am not got my claim. when making enquiry they not responding me properly. Final again they telling your claim data for the previous year not available in the PF office. So, still they not making my settlement.
