My name is Sarla Verma, I have a gas cylinder from Gas agency K.S.B at Hauz Khas. My consumer no. 15840. It is very difficult to deal with the Lady at the reception, she talks very rudely. It is routine that whenever we would like to give booking she is unable to do it and never gives booking number so that we can follow. She always says supply is not there, so we can't give you gas cylinder. It past more than a month now, everyday we call and get the same answer. I thing 30 days are more than enough to provide gas cylinder at any residence. We have to every time go to gas godams and request for gas cylinder that is also upto paying 100 to 200 rupees extra to them. I think some should take intiative.
