Delayed departure and Bad Service

KSRTC Meghdoota A/C bus from Belgaum to Bangalore on 3rd May which was scheduled to depart at 9.00 p.m. left at 9.45 p.m and was waiting for some special guests.

Had to insist on the Controller at the bus stand to sign off the bus... and this bus reached Bangalore on 4th of May at 9.50 a.m in the morning. A delay of 4 hours that caused all the commuters a great deal of inconvenience.

Will the KSRTC look into the matter and initiate action and inquire as to who were the special guest's for whom the bus waited to picked at Belgaum. Kindly look into the details of the bus journey all the way and the delays. Why the bus had to enter all the cities like Dharwad, Hubli etc??? when it is a non Stop.
