I have reserved ticket from Mysore to Sampatti in KSRTC online on 11/11 .

But when we try to get into bus, conductor did not allowed us.

He said service got cancelled and was not ready to listen also.we cancelled our trip and went next day by other bus.i sent mail to awatar@ksrtc.org but no reply from there.

money repayment is not happened to my account.

Kindly do the needful.
