Amount debited from your account and ticket not confirmed, Amount not yet refunded Amount not yet refunded

When I tried to book ticket on 7th May from Hubli to Bangalore the ticket didn't book for 2 times and 3rd time it got booked but the amount of 378 has been deducted from my Credit card twice, once for successfull booking and once for failed booking. Till now the amount deducted not credited to my account.
