Difference on the fare

Dear all

i travel bangalore to sindhanur on 17/08 along with 2 member per person fare 297 and while coming i came from sindhanur to bangalore fare is 301 per person... i spoke with controller in sindhanur bus stop and the controller does not know the difference on the fare rhan we check with other bus which bus coming from devadurg to bangalore in that bus fare is sindhanur to bangalore its only 295... why there is difference in the fare for same place... who has to bare the difference amount...

when i was asking the controller complaint book for log complaint he not gave the compalint book . instead of the complaint book i was giving me the change that is difference amount (4rs)...
