Over Subscription of ticket cost

I booked two tickets to Chennai from Bangalore on 11/10, to travel on 12/10 at 22:29 PM. The two ticket cost for "Rajahamsa Executive" was Rs.840/- Was informed that since it is special bus, the cost was higher.

When I boarded the Bus yesterday, was shocked to see the status of the bus. It was in a horrible condition. The doors, windows and push back seats were not functioning properly. When enquired with Conductor cum driver, he had no reply. After having to shell out extra amount for the ticket, had a miserable and sleepless travel to Chennai. There is absolutely no service for the passengers, for the amount they pay.
