Condutors not giving back change

I, Dr Geetha S, serving in Adichunchunagiri Institute of Medical Sciences located in BG Nagar (Around 2 km after Bellur cross), Nagamangala taluk, Mandya district travel from here to bangalore weekly once (to and fro).

The bus fare to the above mentioned place is Rs.69 per person the bus stopping near the institution (required permission secured by the institution). Since the bus fare increased from 55 to 69 most of the conductors fail to return Re.1 change, they charge Rs.70/ the ticket being issued for Rs.69/.When we ask back for the change thy abuse us verbally and instead demand more money for giving a stop near the hospital.

The same problem is being faced by my fellow collegues, students of medical and BGSIT engineering college including the patients who get down to get treated.

I faced the same problem today morning and am putting the details of the bus for the concerned authority to take the necessary action.

I HOPE THE CONCERNED AUTHORITY WILL TAKE ACTION AT THE EARLIEST AND HELP PASSENGERS TO TRAVEL PEACEFULLY WITHOUT PAYING MORE FARE.
