No proper pick up area mentioned inticket

Dear sir/Mam,

I have booked ksrtc online ticket from bangalore to chennai on 12th of june. My pick up point in the ticket was written as ksrtc bus stand and I went to city stand. When I went and tried to find the bus in the stand. I was unable to find it. I was not alone, with me my mom and my sister were there. When I called the conductor, he straight farwordly told me to cancel the ticket. Time was around 10.20pm and bus was at 10.40pm.

I have mail them twice at awatar@ksrtc.Org but there is no reply from them. Please help me out in this matter.
